Return Policy
We are pleased to offer our customers the option to return unopened purchases within 14 days of receipt. This policy excludes customs branded items.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
3. The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Custom branded items such as custom printed lanyards or custom printed name badges.
- Used and discounted products that are sold "as-is"
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
